G. Arthur Davis was born in 1947 in Philadelphia, PA. He attended the community college where he studied creative writing.

He is the recipient of the CCP Fall 2001 Judith Stark Creative Writing Award for Script Work. His short stories appeared in The Palm Prints, a Literary Journal of Life Long Writers of the University of South Florida; Third Place for Script - Tampa Writers Alliance Annual Writing Contest 2008.
